Hancock County Auditor’s parcel number 550001021899 totaling 36.125 acres will be offered in two tracts.

 

The land listed below is all located in the City of Fostoria and the Arcadia SD.  This land is currently being farmed and is all zoned R3 multi-family in the City of Fostoria.  This farmland has the potential to be developed for residential uses. Public utility is located at the southern part of the Fairway Estates Addition. 

 

Tract One:  Parcels 1 & 2 below will be offered separately or in combinations if requested as many times necessary to achieve the highest and best bid using Multi-Par software.   Tracts One and Two will not be combined.
