The following surveyed farmland will be offered separately as many times necessary to achieve the highest and best bid using Multi-Par software. These parcels have had the buildings surveyed off therefore FSA tillable acres are inaccurate.
Parcel 1. 46.419 acres in SE ¼ of Sec. 14. This parcel lies east of the road and has 511 ft. of frontage onto TH 88. It is slightly sloping to sloping on top and has Sloan silt loam to the east along the open ditch which is the east boundary; Glynwood, Blount and Pewamo soils across the westerly 2/3rds.
Parcel 2. 37.509 acres in SW ¼ of Sec. 14. This parcel lies west of the road and has 1296 ft. of frontage onto TH 88. It is rolling with 2-6% slopes and is predominately Blount, Pewamo and Glynwood soils.
Parcel 3. 39.058 acres in NW ¼ of Sec. 23. This parcel lies west of the road and has 1307 ft. of frontage onto TH 88. It is flat to slightly sloping on top and is predominately Blount and Pewamo soils.
TERMS: $10,000.00 per farm due day of sale (non-refundable) with balance due with-in 30 days when a Warranty Deed will be given. Sellers to pay 2017 Real Estate taxes. Purchaser to receive 2018 farming rights. Not subject to financing purchasers must have their financing pre-arranged.
