Offering 96.609 acre farm in Section 25 & 36 Biglick Twp. Hancock Co., Ohio. The farm is flat tillable land that fronts on Twp. Rd. 266 and Twp. Rd. 206. We will be offering it in the following 3 parcels multiple times until the highest bids are obtained. We will be using the multi-parcel software projecting the bids on a screen so all can view the totals as they are bidding.
Parcel 1. 36.639 acres of farmland being the south part fronting on Twp. Rd. 266
Parcel 2. 57.858 acres bare land running north from Parcel 1. to Twp. Rd. 206 which includes the State of Ohio registered airplane landing strip and an open one side building.
Parcel 3. 2.112 acres with 2 story 4 bedroom home and an open one side pole building. Address is 11247 Twp. Rd. 266 Alvada, OH 44802. These buildings will be open Mon. Oct. 23 & 30, Nov. 6 at 4:30 pm
Terms: Earnest down payments: $2,500.00 on home site, $10,000.00 on each parcel of farm land to be paid down on the day of the auction and the balance within 45 days. Possession of house on closing farmland is subject to the present crops being harvested. Sellers to pay the 2017 Real Estate taxes. Sellers need this family business settled, but do reserve the right to reject any bids.
